Natasha Montague
Head of Human Resources
Natasha Montague is the Head of Human Resources for TD Securities. She leads the TDS HR team partnering with the business leaders to develop and execute human capital strategies, including building capabilities for today and the future, championing an inclusive culture, and a leading colleague experience. She is a member of the Human Resources Operating Committee for TD Bank.
Natasha joined TD as part of the Retail Bank in Halifax Nova Scotia, before taking on a role with the Commercial Bank and moving to Toronto. Natasha has over 25 years of progressive experience in the Financial Services Industry, and in that time, she has held a number of sales and sales leadership roles. Prior to transitioning to Human Resources in 2011, Natasha was a National Sales leader for Cash Management in the Commercial National Accounts Group.
Natasha began her career in Human Resources supporting TD Securities as the Global Relationship HR Business Partner. Natasha's mandate grew to support TD's Risk Management function before moving to be the Head of HR for TD Wealth Management.
She holds a BA from Dalhousie University and is an active Industry council member for the Homeward Bound – Woodgreen Community Service program.
Natasha lives in Toronto with her husband and enjoys painting, travelling, and staying active.
