Biography

John has 20 years of investment banking experience at TD Securities including six years in Mergers & Acquisitions and the remainder focused on Power & Utilities. John has worked on a wide variety of advisory and lead-managed financing mandates for power, utility and infrastructure clients. Prior to TD Securities, John was a commercial lender at another global financial institution.

Karen Clarke-Whistler
Former Chief Environment Officer, TD Bank Group

Biography

Since 2008, Karen Clarke-Whistler was responsible for embedding an environmental perspective throughout TD's business operations. Recently retired, her efforts positioned the bank as both an environmental leader and a global climate leader. Prior to TD, Karen spent 15 years as an environmental consultant to a diverse base of clients around the world.
