Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young is the Head of Human Resources for TD Securities and TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®.

As Head of Human Resources for TD Securities, Jennifer leads the human resources strategy that enables the dealer to deliver against its business priorities, with teams in Toronto, New York, London, and Singapore. As Head of Human Resources for TD Bank, Jennifer is also responsible for building organizational capability and driving the integrated talent strategy across the U.S.

Jennifer's background includes more than 30 years leading business and human resources. Most recently, Jennifer led Human Resources for TD Risk Management and Finance. Prior to joining TD Securities, Jennifer worked on the business side of TD's Business Bank in Toronto, later serving as Head of Human Resources.

Jennifer spent the first 15 years of her career as a commercial lender for TD's Commercial Bank. Since then, she has led human resources for corporate, commercial, technology, and retail functions, as well as held roles within talent management, colleague experience, and served as an HR business partner.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.

She is the Former Deputy Chair of the Oakville and Milton Humane Society in Ontario. Jennifer resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Toronto, Ontario.
