With that global reach in mind, Chris McIsaac shares international investor trends and Vanguard's approach in these diverse markets.

Chris McIsaac is managing director of Vanguard's International Division, which serves investors in select non-U.S. markets by providing investment solutions and perspective to financial advisors and individual investors. Since joining Vanguard in 1997, Mr. McIsaac has held a number of senior leadership positions. Before his current role, he was responsible for Vanguard’s strategy, product, marketing, and corporate communications functions. Mr. McIsaac also served as managing director of Vanguard's Institutional Investor Division.
Mr. McIsaac earned a B.S. in finance from Saint Joseph’s University in 1997 and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2003. He is a member of The Franklin Institute board of directors and a trustee at St. Joseph's University.

Andres Rincon heads ETF sales and strategy at TD Securities. His ETF team advises both institutional and wealth investors on the ETF landscape and strategies, publishes a broad array of ETF publications, and works with TD's ETF market making team in facilitating ETF orders. Andres joined TD Securities in 2008, first managing credit risk for the dealer, and later as a member of the Equity Derivatives division. He later took on the task of expanding TD Securities' ETF sales and strategy platform. He is also a Chartered Market Technician (CMT).
