With over 12 years of experience in public accounting and the financial industry, Tina is a proven leader who has demonstrated the ability to drive business growth and effectively manage complex client relationships. Most notably, Tina successfully fostered numerous relationships in China and Korea, expanding on TD's overall market presence. Tina consistently analyzes her client's evolving needs, with the goal of developing new products and solutions that support their portfolios.

What I Do:
I lead TD Securities' Asia-Pacific (APAC) team that provides investment solutions to institutional clients, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and hedge funds, across 9 major cities in the region. We build relationships with clients, understand their investment needs and goals, and introduce them to companies that fit their investment mandates. Additionally, I host roadshows for Canadian corporations to meet with investors in the region.
Proud Moment:
Despite my team consisting of only three colleagues at this time, in 8 years of my career at TD, we effectively cover 9+ cities and have made a lasting impact on TD Securities. I am proud of the relationships we have established here in Asia and our success in connecting these investors to various desks in Canada for potential transactions. It is also rewarding when clients express gratitude after introducing them to a company or offering timely market updates that ends up surfacing value for their holdings.
On a personal note, I am proud to be a mother of an adorable 2-year old girl.

Advice to My Younger Self:
Give everything your best effort. If there are any criticisms along the way, take a moment to reflect on how you can improve and take it in stride.
