Liz Khalevich, Director, Financial Reporting, leads our U.S. Women in Leadership committee to help female colleagues advance and succeed in a changing work environment.

Liz is a strong advocate for women in finance as a member of our global Women in Leadership committee since 2010 and Chair of the U.S. sub-committee since 2020. She supports the development and mentorship of female colleagues, having created platforms and opportunities to connect our talent during the pandemic and continues to drive change within the organization to support the advancement of women.

What I Do
I lead the financial reporting and governance for TD Securities in the United Sates, interacting with our partners in Global Markets, Corporate & Investment Banking, operations, and auditing.
Proud Moment
An individual that had previously worked for me told me how appreciative they were I had advocated for their promotion. I was simply advocating for what they deserved due to their hard work, but at that time they were expecting a child, and the pay increase was a huge support and relief. I am proud I could make a difference in someone’s life.
Advice to My Younger Self
Don't be afraid to speak up; there's room for all of us at the table.
