What I do
I am responsible for the origination and execution of global corporate and analyst marketing strategies. I thoroughly enjoy monitoring and developing marketing projects for corporate clients while working alongside sales to ensure quality client service for our asset management relationships.
Proud moment
Some recent proudest personal moments include becoming a homeowner, an aunt, a godmother and my cousin winning the Stanley Cup for two years in a row. Professionally, I re-joined the National Board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI), where I was previously the Ontario Chapter Chair for three years. CIRI is a not-for-profit association of executives responsible for the communication between public corporations, investors and the financial community. Being a part of CIRI has provided me an opportunity to further support my corporate clients.
Advice to my younger self
Prioritize your mental health over your work life. For too long I ignored my anxiety triggers and did not speak up when things did not sit right with me. Oh, and don't roll your eyes too much (this one is ongoing).
