Glenn D. Gibson

Glenn Gibson was appointed Vice Chair and U.S. Region Head in 2014. He is responsible for the overall U.S. Wholesale business, maintaining a business model with an effective governance and risk framework, and fostering effective relationships with regulators. Glenn heads the U.S. leadership team and is responsible for driving the U.S. strategy, execution and organizational culture.

In addition to senior executive coverage of board and c-suite relationships, Glenn has over 30 years of experience providing integrated financial solutions to leading corporate, institutional, and government clients across TD Securities' global footprint.

Glenn is a member of the TD Securities Global Executive Committee and the combined TD U.S. Enterprise Risk Management Committee. He is also an active member of the Executive Committee of the Institute of International Bankers and sits on its Board of Trustees.

As an advocate of community and professional involvement, Glenn acts as Chairman of the TD Securities Underwriting Hope Foundation and has been a member of the United Way's Major Giving Cabinet in both Toronto and New York City.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with great distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.
