Martin is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. (CC&L), one of Canada’s largest privately owned asset management firms. Based in Vancouver, CC&L has three distinct investment teams and manages a broad range of conventional and alternative strategies for institutional investors globally.

Martin is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm as well as the ongoing oversight of our business and investment programs. In addition, he is head of the asset allocation committee, chairs the investment risk management committee, and is a Director of Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. He is also on the board of directors of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. Martin joined the firm in 1990 and has had responsibilities in a variety of areas, including equity trading, quantitative and fundamental research, and portfolio management. He was also the previous leader of the Quantitative Equity Team.

Andres Rincon heads ETF sales and strategy at TD Securities. His ETF team advises both institutional and wealth investors on the ETF landscape and strategies, publishes a broad array of ETF publications, and works with TD's ETF market making team in facilitating ETF orders. Andres joined TD Securities in 2008, first managing credit risk for the dealer, and later as a member of the Equity Derivatives division. He later took on the task of expanding TD Securities' ETF sales and strategy platform. He is also a Chartered Market Technician (CMT).
