Nadine Haidar, Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives, develops key strategies to support colleagues with the integration of TD Cowen.

Nadine is a 14-year veteran at TD Cowen, committed to helping her colleagues realize and achieve their potential. She co-leads the Integration Management Office within TD Cowen and has been an integral voice during the integration with TD Securities. During her time at TD Cowen, she has played a key role in launching the Cowen Cares Charitable Donation Matching program for employees, and in laying the foundation of a mentorship program for the Cowen Network of Women which launched in 2022.

What I Do:
As a leader in TD Cowen’s Integration Management Office, I dedicate most of my time to getting to know the two organizations, focusing on how to integrate them in a way that draws on their respective strengths and helping colleagues navigate the changes.
Proud Moment:
Whenever someone reaches out to me for advice on their career, especially when it is new parents who want to talk about how to continue to have a strong career path while balancing a demanding home and professional life.
Advice to My Younger Self:
Don’t run away from change. Be patient and work through the noise it creates because you will most likely realize that there is something rewarding for you on the other side.
